Warranty / Returns

Savvy Sports, LLC offers the following warranties on brand-new AccuShag Sports Net purchased from Savvy Sports, LLC or an authorized dealer within the USA, for replacement shipping to the United States only:

One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Covers manufacturing defects only.
    Normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage due to an accident or being dragged are not covered by warranty.
    Products left set up unattended, overnight, or for extended periods in inclement weather are not covered.
    Nets damaged while being used for a different sport than intended are not covered.

  • Replace damaged or missing parts immediately.
    AccuShag supplies spare parts for all auxiliary pieces.
    If parts are not available, we will provide a similar product.

  • Our nets are designed to be portable and are not meant for commercial use.

  • Damage to frames due to abuse or improper use is NOT covered by the extended warranty.

*Our engineers will determine the type of damage after the required warranty information is submitted.


WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please submit all required information below to sales@AccuShag.com:

  • Customer’s name, address, and phone number

  • Name of store where the product was purchased

  • Invoice or order number

  • Purchase date

  • Images of the issue (JPEG files only)

  • Product style number or brief product description

  • Brief description of the problem

Please allow 48 hours after submission for our engineering team to review.

If the damage is covered, your claim will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days) if the product is in stock.
You will receive an emailed invoice including your UPS tracking number and shipped items.

If the damage is not covered, we will contact you within 48 hours explaining why and presenting repair or replacement options.

NOTE:
Do NOT send your product back to AccuShag unless requested.
We typically do not require the product to be returned but reserve the right to request it if needed.
We do not require your net to determine the nature of the warranty claim.

RETURN POLICY

  • Full refunds, minus credit card charges and freight charges, will be issued for any AccuShag item returned within 15 days of purchase in its original boxed condition.

  • No refunds will be issued if the item is used or not returned in the original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued according to the original payment type after a Return Authorization (RA) has been requested and issued.
    Send RA requests to sales@AccuShag.com.

  • No refund will be issued without a Return Authorization.

  • If your product arrives with missing parts or damage, contact the Returns Department immediately.

Upon receiving an RA, return the product within 15 days (RA cancellation at 30 days).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was shipped in error by AccuShag.

All returns are processed after the product is received and inspected:

  • Products not returned in original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Products returned used or damaged are subject to a 25% fee.

  • Refund amounts may change if the product is used or damaged; customers will be notified.

  • Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any package without an RA number clearly written on the box or packing slip is subject to an additional 15% processing fee.
